These terms apply to every order placed through the DIY editor (Standard and Extended packages) and to every bespoke consultation requested through L'Atelier. By placing an order or submitting a consultation request, you accept these terms in full.
Souviens-toi designs and produces handcrafted, personalized photo albums. Two paths are offered:
Every album is reviewed by our designer before it goes to print, to check quality and composition.
Prices for the Standard and Extended packages are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) on the site at the time of order. L'Atelier is quoted individually after your consultation request. As we currently operate under the VAT exemption regime (Article 293 B), no VAT is added to the displayed price.
Payment is currently collected by cash on delivery. Online payment will be introduced at a later date and these terms will be updated accordingly at that time.
Once you confirm an order, it is considered final and enters production after our designer's review. If you need to make a change after confirming, please contact us directly on WhatsApp as soon as possible · we will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts, but cannot guarantee it once printing has begun.
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized to the consumer's specifications. Every album produced by Souviens-toi is personalized with your own photos, layout and text, and therefore falls under this exemption. We encourage you to review your design carefully before confirming your order.
Albums are delivered to Doha, Qatar, and across Qatar. Delivery to the UAE is also available. Delivery timeframes are communicated on a per-order basis via WhatsApp.
You retain full ownership of the photos and content you upload. By checking the optional consent box at checkout, you may allow us to feature your finished album as an example on our website or social media · this is always optional and never assumed by default.
We take great care in reviewing every design before printing, but we cannot be held responsible for typos, low-resolution photos or composition choices that were part of the design you confirmed. Our editor displays a photo quality indicator to help you avoid low-resolution prints.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the Nantes trade register.
