This policy explains what personal data we collect through souviens-toi.partenairegselect.fr, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

1. What data we collect

2. Why we collect it, and on what basis

To fulfil your order (contract performance): producing and delivering your album, contacting you about it.
To give you access to your own space (contract performance): letting you resume editing, track your order, and manage your photo library via your access key.
To feature your album as an example (consent): only if you explicitly checked the optional consent box. You can withdraw this at any time by contacting us.

3. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to answer any follow-up request from you. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, as described in section 5 below.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is stored with our cloud database and file storage provider, used strictly to operate this website and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Our team accesses it only to prepare, produce and deliver your album.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your access key or the contact details you used when ordering, and we will act on your request. Deletion removes your orders, album designs, uploaded photos and photo library from our systems.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.

6. Local storage and cookies

We use your browser's local storage only to save your access key and a lightweight copy of your album draft on your own device, for your convenience when you come back to the site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
